This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance across European markets and Global Travel Retail. You will lead distributor relationships, manage a small in-market team, and deliver a clear strategy to accelerate growth across both Wine and Spirits categories.
The business has an established international footprint and is now looking for a commercially driven leader to build on this momentum, strengthening partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and delivering long-term, sustainable growth.
- Lead international commercial strategy across key European markets and Global Travel Retail
- Drive performance across both Wine and Spirits portfolios, maintaining premium positioning
- Deliver annual budgets, forecasting, and commercial targets across international markets
- Maintain a strong presence in market, with regular international travel required
Proven experience in international sales within Wine & Spirits or premium beverage. Strong track record managing European distributor networks. Experience across both Wine and Spirits categories preferred. Background working with premium or luxury brands. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth across complex regions. Additional language skills, particularly French, highly advantageous. Comfortable with a high level of international travel.
