Do you have experience managing Global Travel Retail accounts across Europe within premium Wine & Spirits? Have you worked closely with operators such as Avolta and Heinemann to drive visibility, distribution, and commercial growth? This role will focus specifically on driving performance across the European Global Travel Retail channel, leading relationships with key operators, distributors, and retail partners across the region. Working closely with senior international leadership, you will be responsible for developing the European GTR strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional execution across a premium portfolio within one of the most competitive and visible international channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Global Travel Retail strategy across Europe
  • Manage key relationships with major GTR operators
  • Drive distribution, visibility, and promotional activity across the channel
  • Manage European distributor and travel retail partnerships
  • Deliver annual sales targets, forecasting, and commercial plans
  • Identify new listings and growth opportunities within European travel retail
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and supply chain teams to support execution
  • Monitor channel trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Maintain regular travel across Europe to support key customers and partners
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience within Global Travel Retail in Wine & Spirits or premium beverage
  • Strong understanding of the European GTR landscape and operator network
  • Experience managing distributor and customer relationships across multiple markets
  • Background working with premium or luxury brands preferred
  • Commercially driven with strong relationship management capability
  • Wine & Spirits led qualifications such as WSET, etc. highly advantageous
  • Additional European language skills beneficial
  • Comfortable with frequent international travel
Salary & Benefits
  • Base salary: £70,000 – £80,000
