- Creative Lead
- . This is a newly defined Permanent position based in London
, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with the senior marketing team.
This is a high-ownership creative role for someone who wants to be responsible for the creative direction and output of a premium brand, rather than being one voice within a large in-house function.
You will own creative decision-making across campaigns, launches and brand assets, acting as the brand guardian across visual identity and tone.
Working within a close-knit team, you'll manage creative projects from brief through to delivery, working with photographers, agencies and freelance talent while ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and consistently reflects the brand's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creative direction and final decision-making across campaigns, launches and brand assets, ensuring consistency with the brand's premium positioning.
- Manage creative projects end to end, from briefing and concept development through to timelines, budgets and final delivery.
- Brief and manage photographers, agencies, freelancers and other creative partners, ensuring work meets the required creative and commercial objectives.
- Develop high-quality PR and press assets, including imagery and video for media, influencer and product launch activity.
- Act as the brand guardian across visual identity, creative execution and tone of voice.
- Ensure brand consistency across paid, owned and PR channels.
- Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider commercial team to ensure creative output supports campaign, brand and trade priorities.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing creative ambition with commercial requirements, timelines and budgets.
- Bring a clear and informed creative point of view, confidently making decisions and influencing stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a creative or brand role within premium or prestige beauty, skincare, lifestyle or a closely aligned category, either agency-side or in-house.
- A strong visual eye with the ability to translate brand positioning into compelling creative output.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage creative briefs, budgets, timelines and multiple external partners through to delivery.
- Experience working closely with PR, communications and influencer activity, rather than solely campaign marketing.
- Confident managing photographers, agencies, freelancers and wider creative talent.
- A strong understanding of premium brand positioning and the importance of consistency across every consumer touchpoint.
- Comfortable operating in a smaller, founder-led environment where you will need to be hands-on as well as strategic.
- A confident decision-maker with the ability to take ownership of creative direction and stand behind your recommendations.
- Highly organised, commercially aware and able to maintain creative standards while working at pace.
