MacGregor Black are partnering with a privately owned food business on the search for an IT Programme Manager. This is a permanent role based in Grimsby. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead business-critical IT transformation initiatives and drive operational excellence through technology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of IT programmes, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.
- Oversee the rollout and integration of ERP and manufacturing systems across departments and sites.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT teams, and third-party vendors to align solutions with business needs.
- Manage project governance, timelines, risk mitigation, and financial control.
- Ensure effective communication across the organisation to support change management and adoption.
- Deliver measurable value through improved processes, visibility, and automation.
- Proven experience as an IT Programme Manager, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP), MES, and other manufacturing IT systems.
- Demonstrable track record of leading multi-site or cross-functional digital transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Formal project or programme management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, PMP) are desirable.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
