International Sales Manager
MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Consumer Brand on the search for a European Sales Manager . This is a permanent/remote role.
As the International Sales Manager , you will be responsible for the growth of the sales across territories outside of the UK, in their international distribution network, as well as the onboarding of new business partners.
Accountable for delivery of sales against target as well as reporting sales forecasts to key internal stakeholders.
Delivery of sales KPIs as defined by the VP International Sales.
Implementation of NPD into sales channels.
Work closely with our regulatory and operational teams to ensure smooth market launches in new territories.
Work collaboratively with our marketing team to ensure distribution partners are set up for success and campaigns are delivered in line with our brand guidelines.
Ensure all accounts are professionally managed at all times, providing excellent customer service.
Assist with the planning and delivery of sales events.
Experience within International Distribution through FMCG, Outdoor, Consumer Electronics and/ or DIY Channels would be ideal but not essential.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
Strong communication skills and natural sales ability.
Willing to travel as the business requires.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
