Job Description

Have you led high-performing B2B commercial teams to deliver sales growth, margin, and market share targets?

Do you have P&L ownership experience and a strong track record of cross-functional leadership?

Have you contributed at senior leadership level to commercial strategy, planning (S&OP, budgeting, pricing), and business transformation?

Macgregor Black are partnering with a global market leading premium consumer electronics brand, on the search for a Head of Sales.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and driving the UK commercial strategy, delivering sustainable growth across sales, margin, and market share. You will lead and develop a high-performing B2B commercial team while owning P&L delivery and working closely with cross-functional functions including demand, supply, and logistics. As a senior leader, you will contribute strategic commercial input into business planning, S&OP, budgeting, and pricing, represent the business in global forums, and partner with key customers and stakeholders to drive transformation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In close collaboration with internal departments, drive the achievement of commercial
  • KPIs including sales, margin, market share, customer and employee engagement
  • You contribute your expertise to leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing
  • B2B commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, take ownership of P&L delivery and
  • influence organisational structures and processes to meet customer needs
  • As a strategic contributor, provide commercial input into business planning
  • processes such as S&OP, budget planning, and price management
  • You represent the business in global forums and initiatives, building strong
  • relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • In project leadership, manage and deliver initiatives that drive business transformation
  • and operational excellence within the commercial context
  • As an active member of the senior leadership team, shape and contribute to business strategy and decision-making at national and regional levels

What We're Looking For:

  • consumer product business (FMCG, DOM Appliances or similar).

  • Extensive demonstrable experience in leading high-performing B2B commercial
  • teams, with a track record of inspiring, motivating, and developing talent to achieve
  • business goals
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, including ownership of P&L and the
  • ability to influence organisational structures and processes to meet customer needs
  • Strategic contributor to business planning processes, including S&OP, budget
  • planning, and price management, with a clear understanding of how to align
  • commercial input with operational execution
  • Effective stakeholder management and influence, particularly in representing the
  • business in global forums and initiatives, and collaborating across demand, logistics,
  • and supply functions
  • Experience in project leadership within a commercial context, managing initiatives
