Head of International
Have you built and scaled high-performing sales teams across international regions, while adapting to local market dynamics?
Can you lead global teams while keeping commercial strategy sharp and results focused?

Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing toy company on the search for a Head of International. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Head of International, you will bring proven experience leading sales functions across multiple territories, strong key account management capabilities, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the global sales strategy across EMEA, North America, APAC, and MENA. Identify growth opportunities in both mature and emerging markets.
- Lead and develop in-market and regional sales teams. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability across regions.
- Own relationships with major global retailers and distributors. Negotiate pricing structures, promotional programs, and distribution terms.
- Stay abreast of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and competitive activity. Use data to inform decision-making and adapt strategy.
- Manage international sales budgets and forecasts. Monitor ROI across trade spend and promotional activity.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, logistics, and finance to deliver cohesive market strategies and successful product launches.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and company brand standards. Support IP protection and uphold brand positioning in all markets.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in international sales, with at least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
- Experience within toys, FMCG, retail, or licensed consumer goods is highly preferred.
- Strong track record managing complex global accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth.
- P&L responsibility across multiple regions essential.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
- Familiar with CRM and data-led sales tools (Salesforce, etc.).
