MacGregor Black are partnering with a fast-growing SME consumer goods business in the North East to appoint a Head of Finance based in Newcastle. This is a broad leadership role combining technical financial control with commercial decision making, reporting to the MD and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team.
You will lead a lean finance team, oversee HR and IT functions, manage tax and statutory reporting across the UK and Europe and drive ERP improvements to support omnichannel expansion.
