This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Head of Ecommerce, you will oversee the development and execution of our digital strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our fashion-forward customers. You’ll lead a team of digital specialists, leveraging data insights and the latest trends to drive traffic, enhance user experience, and boost online sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of digital professionals across e-commerce, UX/UI, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Optimize the user journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a frictionless and visually compelling experience.
