Are you an experienced operations manager within FMCG manufacturing? Do you have a background in people focused leadership? Are you experienced in ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards are adhered to on-site? MacGregor Black are partnering with an FMCG business on the search for an Operations Manager. This is a FTC role based in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the whole facility.
- Manage all production areas of the business.
- Drive production and compliance standards.
- Lead all Continuous Improvement events within all areas of site.
What We're Looking For:
- A modern leader who has people and process at the forefront of their mind.
- Experience of various production or warehousing methods.
- Experience of scaling production or warehousing capacity.
