Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial beverage equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Install and commission equipment to the required technical specifications.
- Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a professional brand representative on site.
- Complete digital job sheets, service documentation, and time records accurately and promptly.
- Manage vehicle stock levels and ensure parts usage is correctly recorded and invoiced.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and compliance standards.
- Liaise with the central service coordination team to provide updates and maintain customer communication.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a service engineer, field service, or maintenance engineering role.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair capability.
- Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using handheld devices, service software, and digital reporting systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and territory independently.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
