This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to step into a Product Management role, owning technology that supports digital marketing, customer engagement and innovation.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve processes and help build the technology roadmap that supports future business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the product roadmap across Digital Marketing and Innovation technologies.
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Brand and Innovation teams to understand business challenges and translate them into technology solutions.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and prioritise initiatives that deliver commercial value.
- Evaluate new technology platforms and support vendor selection and implementation projects.
- Manage relationships with external technology providers and digital partners.
- Drive continuous improvement across digital marketing platforms, CRM and innovation systems.
- Support the development of future D2C and customer engagement capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and opportunities into the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within Digital Marketing, CRM, Marketing Technology, Digital Transformation or Product Ownership.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, customer engagement tools or marketing automation systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements and delivering technology or process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in using technology to improve business performance.
- Naturally curious, analytical and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
- Experience within FMCG, Retail or Consumer Goods would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Previous Product Management experience is beneficial but not essential. We're equally interested in candidates looking to make their first move into Product Management.
