Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a high-growth consumer brand on the search for a
Technology Delivery Manager.
This is a permanent role based in
Essex.
This is a hands-on role combining technology delivery, project management, supplier management and operational support.
You will act as a central point of coordination between internal technology teams, third-party providers, operational teams and customers, ensuring technology solutions are implemented effectively and remain reliable once live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and deployment of technology solutions across multiple locations.
- Manage technology rollouts and implementation projects.
- Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party service providers.
- Define technical requirements and ensure solutions are delivered against agreed standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and delivery milestones.
- Establish effective support and escalation processes.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues and third-party suppliers.
- Provide initial technical triage and coordinate resolution of incidents.
- Monitor incidents, trends and recurring technology issues.
- Maintain accurate technical, operational and project documentation.
- Ensure technology environments remain stable, secure and fit for purpose.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology performance and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with business and operational stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of technology delivery and support processes.
What we're looking for?
- Proven experience in technology delivery, infrastructure, IT operations or technology project management.
- Experience implementing and supporting technology solutions across multiple locations or environments.
- Strong project and delivery management skills.
- Experience managing technology suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Good understanding of incident, problem and service management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to define and manage technical requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of connectivity, networking or infrastructure would be advantageous.
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive issues through to resolution
