This is an opportunity to join a business at the beginning of a major enterprise transformation programme.
The Supply Chain Systems Lead will provide ownership of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain governance, configuration standards and business alignment, ensuring future system decisions support operational excellence, manufacturing efficiency and long-term technology strategy.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Technology, this role will become one of the key technology leadership positions supporting the wider transformation programme.
Key
Responsibilities: Act as the internal owner and subject matter expert for the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain platform.
Provide leadership and governance across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules including Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse Management.
Define and maintain Oracle configuration standards, governance processes and documentation.
Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across Oracle configuration, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementation programmes across multiple business functions.
Work closely with implementation partners and third-party suppliers to ensure successful programme delivery.
Identify opportunities to optimise Supply Chain processes through Oracle capability and emerging technologies.
Ensure data integrity, system stability and operational resilience across the Oracle Supply Chain ecosystem.
Support future transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Procurement and Warehouse Operations.

For: Strong Oracle Fusion Supply Chain experience.
Experience operating as a Supply Chain Systems Lead, Oracle Functional Lead, Enterprise Applications Lead, Product Owner or Technology Manager.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration governance and enterprise application management.
Experience translating operational Supply Chain processes into scalable technology solutions.
Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes, including: Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation or Oracle Fusion implementation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior operational and technology leaders.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working alongside Oracle implementation partners and managed service providers.
