Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business? Do you have a strong track record in drinks FMCG across wholesale, on-trade or multi-site customers? This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for developing and growing business across European markets, with a strong focus on new business acquisition alongside key account management. This is an ideal role for a commercial “hunter” with strong KAM foundations, looking to operate in a broader international remit.
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across European markets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, converting leads into long-term commercial partnerships
- Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and customer pitches
- Represent the business at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
- Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to customer and company objectives
- Manage P&L performance across accounts, including pricing, margin, and forecasting
- Use data and insight to drive decision-making and performance improvement
Proven experience within drinks FMCG (essential). Strong track record in business development and key account management. Experience working with wholesale, on-trade, or multi-site customers. Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
