MB are partnering with a market leading beverage business, looking for a NAM. This is a perm role based in North London. A highly commercial and strategic role, partnering with key stakeholders to drive forward a total hot beverage solution across the UK & Ireland. The mission is to deliver consistent year‑on‑year growth by developing strong customer relationships, maximising opportunities across all revenue streams, and expanding distribution for products, equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and develop strategic relationships across a portfolio of national customers, building strong networks to expand sales of hot beverages and complementary products while driving equipment opportunities and service delivery in existing markets.
  • Deliver volume and profit targets across all revenue streams by understanding scorecard performance and P&L drivers, while continuously assessing risk and opportunity.
  • Proactively manage customer performance dashboards, equipment scorecards and maintenance contracts to optimise equipment sales and ensure a first‑class customer experience.
  • Design compelling Account Plans and lead Joint Business Plans for hot beverages and equipment solutions at central and regional level, utilising cross‑functional support to implement initiatives. Conduct regular internal and external commercial reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, production, quality, operations, technical and marketing teams to support customer growth initiatives.
  • Work confidently with Finance to understand market dynamics—including raw material impacts and currency fluctuations—to develop effective pricing strategies and recommendations across hot beverages and equipment.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of key product ranges and equipment propositions, articulating commercial and operational value to customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market developments and category trends to support informed sales planning and strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • An ambitious, results‑driven sales professional with proven experience in Out‑of‑Home (OOH) environments.
  • Track record of national account management and new business development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage insights and commercial tools to meet and exceed targets.
  • Confident in analysing consumer and category data, market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of leading cross‑functional teams and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Innovative, resourceful and solutions‑orientated when facing challenges.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies effectively at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
  • Degree/MBA in business, sales, marketing or engineering (desirable).
