Macgregor Black are partnering with a fast-growing toy company to find a talented and driven Marketing Manager to support their EMEA and UK marketing activity. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic consumer environment and has a genuine passion for brands that bring joy to people.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team, supporting the delivery of campaigns, trade activations, and brand initiatives across key markets in EMEA and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across EMEA and UK markets
  • Assist in the development of trade and retail marketing materials and activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Help manage brand consistency across all markets and touchpoints
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations
  • Support the creation of digital and social media content tailored to regional audiences
  • Contribute to new product launch planning and go-to-market strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across EMEA markets
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a marketing role within the toy, kids, FMCG, or wider consumer goods sector
  • Proven ability to support multi-market or cross-regional marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners
