  • Lead the execution of key “hero” brand campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels and ongoing optimisation in line with campaign objectives.
  • Create compelling campaigns and content that showcase brand values, product ranges, and key propositions.
  • Coordinate campaign asset creation and build, working closely with internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Develop supporting campaign assets including email campaigns, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely launch of new products, including optimised website content, PDPs, and collections.
  • Partner with analytics and commercial teams to identify key customer segments, building targeted campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage agency relationships and workflows to ensure seamless campaign delivery and cross‑channel integration.
  • Work with agency partners and internal stakeholders to plan, manage, and optimise social content, leveraging trends and supporting brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with website development partners to continuously improve user experience, usability, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Ensure effective management of influencer activity, maximising the impact of paid partnerships and content distribution.
  • Act as a guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring all communications align with tone of voice, visual identity, and brand pillars.
  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day agency management, ensuring delivery against deadlines and agreed objectives.
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, content effectiveness, and key KPIs to inform future activity.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on social media and influencer marketing.
  • Solid understanding of key digital channels, platforms, and tools across content, email, and social.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on consistency, quality, and best practice.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, with a positive, hands‑on approach suited to a fast‑paced environment.
