MacGregor Black is partnering with a FMCG manufacturer on the search for an Engineering Manager. This is a perm role based in Derbyshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a robust engineering process that will allow production to hit targets.
- Pursue and demand high levels of workmanship and a zero-defect performance level as the only acceptable standard in all areas.
- Continuously drive improvement initiatives to reduce running cost and increase efficiency.
- Develop a world-class maintenance organisation at the site by continually improving OEE, addressing quality issues through technical solutions and improving the standards of maintenance workmanship.
What We're Looking For:
- HND or BSc in an Engineering discipline.
- 7+ years of Engineering leadership experience; with exposure to FMCG manufacturing environments.
- Efficient in delivering objectives and key measures.
- Project management experience, ideally with a recognised qualification.
- Knowledge in SAP and other IT systems.
Salary up to £80K + package
