Are you an experienced H&S professional? Do you have a strong background of leading multiple sites within the consumer retail industry? Are you an influential leader able to coach, mentor and drive business standards? MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading retail business on the search for a H&S Manager. This is a PERM role based in Dundee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures in line with legal and company standards.
  • Ensure robust audit and inspection programmes across all sites.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across all sites.
  • Oversee thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective action and shared learning.
  • Promote a proactive, safety-first culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.
  • Monitor safety KPIs, analyse trends and prioritise improvement actions.

What We're Looking For:

  • NEBOSH Diploma.
  • Significant H&S management experience in a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record in risk management and incident investigation.
  • Experience of ISO 9001 and 14001 desirable.
  • Membership of a professional safety body.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Proficient in safety reporting systems.
