Are you an influential leader able to coach, mentor and drive business standards? MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading retail business on the search for a H&S Manager. This is a PERM role based in Dundee. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures in line with legal and company standards. Ensure robust audit and inspection programmes across all sites. Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across all sites. Oversee thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective action and shared learning. Promote a proactive, safety-first culture through visible leadership and employee engagement. Monitor safety KPIs, analyse trends and prioritise improvement actions. What We're Looking For: NEBOSH Diploma. Significant H&S management experience in a retail or FMCG environment. Proven track record in risk management and incident investigation. Experience of ISO 9001 and 14001 desirable. Membership of a professional safety body. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
