MacGregor Black are partnering with an International Household Brand for a Strategic Partnership Director. This is a permanent on site role.
As the Strategic Partnership Director, you will drive revenue and brand engagement by securing high-value partnerships with retail, hospitality and lifestyle brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to attract partners who can leverage advertising solutions, digital shop windows, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure strategic retail and lifestyle partners to enhance rewards offering.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximise revenue through targeted advertising campaigns and digital shop windows.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that drive partner engagement and long-term value for members.
- Leverage data insights and analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of advertising and promotional platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns that align with partners’ business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to shape innovative partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail and lifestyle sectors.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring continued growth and optimisation of commercial agreements.
What are we looking for?
- Proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales within the retail and lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce, targeted marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working with advertising platforms, data-driven marketing, and digital shop windows.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex agreements and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of potential partners.
