Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing toy brand on the search for a Digital Marketing Executive. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the wider marketing team to support brand awareness, consumer engagement and product launches across a fun and fast-moving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and create engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
- Assist with the development of content for websites, social media, email and digital campaigns.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
- Manage the digital marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Work with creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital content.
- Monitor social media and digital channels, identifying opportunities to increase engagement.
- Assist with paid social and digital advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and produce regular reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Support email marketing activity, including campaign creation and database management.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Experience within toys, children's products, consumer goods, retail or a similar industry would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of social media, content marketing and wider digital channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organised and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
- A good understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved across all areas of digital marketing.
