MacGregor Black is partnering with a digitally mature lifestyle brand based in London to appoint a CRO & Experimentation Manager. This role sits at the centre of ecommerce performance, owning conversion optimisation across DTC platforms.
As the CRO & Experimentation Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, leading experimentation strategy, optimising customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Own the CRO and experimentation roadmap across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Design, prioritise and execute A/B and multivariate tests across the funnel.
- Analyse customer behaviour using analytics, heatmaps and session tools.
- Partner with UX, Product, Engineering and Performance teams to deliver tests at pace.
- Translate insights into clear hypotheses and commercial recommendations.
- Track test results, conversion uplift and revenue impact.
- Proven CRO or experimentation experience within lifestyle or consumer ecommerce.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with behavioural data.
- Experience with experimentation and analytics platforms.
- Structured, curious and commercially focused.
