Are you an ambitious commercial professional with experience managing grocery retail customers? Do you enjoy developing customer strategies that deliver both growth and profitability? MacGregor Black is partnering with an established FMCG business to recruit a Commercial Manager to lead key grocery accounts.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing joint business plans
- Leading customer negotiations
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional commercial performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic grocery retail accounts
- Lead annual negotiations and joint business planning
- Deliver sales, profit and market share growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders
- Develop customer-specific growth strategies based on market and shopper insights
- Own customer P&L performance and commercial forecasting
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to execute commercial plans
- Manage promotional planning and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Ensure accurate forecasting and support the successful delivery of business objectives
