MacGregor Black is partnering with a Premium beer brand as they launch into the UK market. This newly created London Sales Lead role will be responsible for establishing the brand in the London on-trade and acting as its face in-market during an exciting early growth phase. This is a field-based, relationship-led role for someone who thrives in hospitality environments and aligns naturally with a brand rooted in beach lifestyle, surf culture, and social connection.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the launch of the brand into the London on-trade, building distribution from zero
- Secure tap placements across pubs, bars, clubs, and culture-led venues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, GMs, buyers, and tastemakers
- Identify and prioritise credibility-driving, trend-led accounts over short-term volume
- Open doors proactively and build momentum through consistent market presence
- Deliver tastings, takeovers, launches, and on-trade brand activations
- Work evenings and weekends where required to support on-trade activity
- Feed market insight, feedback, and opportunity mapping back to the wider business
- Support the foundations for future UK growth, with scope to build a team over time
- Proven experience selling into the London on-trade
- Strong network across pubs, bars, and hospitality-led venues
- Background in drinks, hospitality, or on-trade brand activation
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of brand-building in on-trade environments
- Confident operating autonomously in a challenger or start-up environment
- Character and energy that aligns with a beach-led, surf-inspired, social lifestyle brand
- Beer experience beneficial but not essential
- Base salary between £55 – 65k
