Are you an experienced Junior Key Account Manager looking to make a real impact within a growing consumer goods brand? Do you enjoy building strategic retail partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering commercial success? Are you ready to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts within the consumer goods sector?

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Sales and working closely with other teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing relationships with key retail and wholesale customers.
  • Delivering sales, profit, and growth targets across your account portfolio.
  • Creating and implementing customer business plans that support long-term growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase distribution, improve visibility, and drive category performance.
  • Leading commercial negotiations and customer planning activities.
  • Supporting the delivery of marketing and promotional initiatives that enhance brand performance both in-store and online.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

Experience required:

  • Working with retail accounts within FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering growth.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for developing brands and customer partnerships.
