Are you an experienced property manager within retail and commercial estates? Do you have experience with client relationships, landlord and tenant act, rent reviews and buildings compliance? Are you comfortable managing large estates spread across the UK?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic and operational management of a diverse national property portfolio.
  • Lead on property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Manage capital investment programmes, refurbishments, and maintenance planning across retail and residential properties.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant property legislation, health and safety, and sustainability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead a small in-house team and manage third-party consultants and contractors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in estates or property management at a senior level, preferably in a retail-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential property law, leases, planning, and asset management.
  • Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and project management skills.
  • RICS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Would suit a chartered surveyor but not essential.

Salary is up to £85k + benefits.
