Sales Account Executive .

The Sales Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring administrative tasks are completed to an exceptional standard, in a timely manner.

This position is ideal for an organised, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e. g., Brand Manager, Marketing & Logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Support the sales team with the organisation of promotional events and campaigns (e. g., weekly emails confirming promo plan changes).
  • Complete new line forms for products as required, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Upload and review product specifications and content, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Regularly review market dynamics and trends to support informed sales decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • "Shop" retailer websites and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Support the wider business with non-sales related tasks if required, contributing flexibly to overall organisational needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: GCSEs or equivalent required; A-levels or further qualifications in business administration or a related field are desirable.
