Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a confidential, market-leading food manufacturer to recruit an NPD Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative business, supporting the NPD team with sample preparation, product trials, shelf-life testing and day-to-day development activities.
You'll play an important role in bringing new products from concept to launch while working closely with Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer samples and manage the NPD kitchen.
- Coordinate shelf-life testing and record results.
- Support Concept and Process Technologists with product development activities.
- Maintain accurate product documentation and specifications.
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation.
- Assist with market research and wider NPD projects.
What We're Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience within food manufacturing or NPD is advantageous but not essential.
