Have you worked with spirits or drinks brands, driving visibility and activation in-market? Are you confident managing key accounts and building influence across both IFT and group operators?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a global spirits distributor with a market-leading portfolio on the search for a Key Account Manager to join their On-Trade team in Bristol or Bath, covering the South. This is a permanent role, focused on driving distribution, visibility, and brand engagement across Premium & Influencer IFT venues.

  • Develop and execute account plans across key On-Trade customers, driving distribution and rate of sale.
  • Deliver impactful brand activations, including signature serves, menu placements, and in-venue experiences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and unlock growth within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across your territory.
  • Track performance, customer activity, and opportunities through CRM and reporting tools.

Background in spirits or premium drinks, with a strong understanding of brand building in the On-Trade.

Proven ability to manage key accounts and influence decision-makers within hospitality.

Strong network across the regions venues, bartenders, and operators.

Commercially minded, with the ability to balance brand-building with delivering results.

Applicants must hold a Full, Clean UK Driving License.
