Brand Manager

Macgregor Black are partnering with a well-established toy company on the search for a Brand Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.

As the Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing brand strategy, marketing activation, and product lifecycle for some of the most exciting, licensed properties in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand plans for key licensed ranges, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies
  • Collaborate with licensors to maximise brand equity and ensure brand compliance
  • Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept to shelf – including packaging, pricing, and positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Digital teams to support go-to-market execution
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee marketing budgets and support trade marketing activities
  • Present brand strategies and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role, ideally within toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer products
  • Strong background in working with licensed brands and managing licensor relationships
  • Commercially minded with excellent project management skills
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Passion for the toy industry and children’s entertainment brands
