MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading global consumer goods business in the outdoor performance sector to recruit an FP&A Business Partner (Commercial). This is a highly commercial role supporting international sales leadership across EMEA and APAC, helping drive performance through financial insight, strategic analysis and robust decision support. The position sits within a high performing FP&A team that has significantly strengthened its analytical capability and commercial impact over the past 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to deepen their leadership exposure within a commercially focused and globally connected finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior sales leadership across EMEA and APAC to provide commercial finance support.
  • Deliver financial analysis on pricing, margins, deal structures and customer profitability.
  • Support contract reviews, renewals and negotiations with robust financial modelling and insight.
  • Challenge commercial proposals to ensure decisions are strategically sound and value driven.
  • Deliver deep dive analysis across customers, channels and markets to support growth initiatives.
  • Lead financial input into customer segmentation and commercial strategy development.
  • Build financial models and business cases to support commercial opportunities and investments.
  • Translate commercial strategies and initiatives into clear financial outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain sales KPIs, dashboards and performance scorecards.
  • Provide insight into key revenue drivers including volume, mix, pricing and margin.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and long range planning processes.
  • Work closely with key accounts to deliver customer level insight and profitability analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer profitability and long term value.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Present clear and concise analysis and recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with approximately 2+ years PQE.
  • Experience within Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insight.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex financial information.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Commercially curious with a proactive and solution focused mindset.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to global sales teams or customer facing commercial environments.
