Operational Excellence Manager in Blackburn

MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading FMCG brand on the search for a Operational Excellence Manager. This is a perm role based in Preston.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Data driven to define, develop and optimise a balanced and performing manufacturing footprint
• Develops the strategic plan at site level, also proposing footprint developments and optimisation
• Drives integration program initiatives inside the sites, operating as facilitator
• Simplifies the link between sites and central functions
• Results driven. Acts on processes, systems, methods, guidelines and know-how management to achieve operational excellence
• Integrates new Industrial models

Experience Requirements:

• Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Experience in multi-site coordination and cross-functional project management
• Strong background in cost control and financial analysis
• Exposure to strategic planning and organisational development.
• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management – desirable
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP/Prince2), or similar

Salary – c75k + package
