Are you experienced in creating photorealistic 3D product renders and engaging motion graphics? Do you have strong technical expertise in video editing, rendering tools, and design workflows? Are you a creative professional with a passion for storytelling and bringing concepts to life?
MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading consumer goods business on the search for a 3D Render & Motion Graphics Designer. This is a permanent opportunity based in the North East of England. This position is based in Tyne & Wear and requires 3 days in office on a weekly basis.
As a 3D Render & Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in producing visually compelling assets, combining high-quality 3D rendering with motion graphics and video editing for digital campaigns, web, and advertising. You will work closely with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content that drives brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce photorealistic 3D product renders for use across websites, ads, and marketing materials.
- Create motion graphics and edit video content for how-to tutorials, product explainers, campaign and social assets.
- Edit and format raw footage from shoots, ensuring polished outputs across both long-form and short-form video.
- Design and deliver engaging motion graphic elements to enhance video storytelling.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and visual impact across all deliverables.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats (web, social, advertising).
- Support the team with occasional graphic design tasks such as planograms, social posts, and web images.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, sharing fresh creative ideas.
- Work collaboratively with openness to feedback, refining content where required.
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Redshift, or other industry-standard 3D rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of video editing workflows and post-production best practices.
- Experience producing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Solid knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques for product visualisation.
- Keen eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
- Additional graphic design experience is an advantage.
- Creative flair and passion for design, with a drive to push boundaries.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with feedback and iteration.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
