MacGregor Black is proud to partner with a leading name in premium Wine and Spirits, as we support them in the search for a Prestige On Trade Account Manager. This is a Perm role based in Central London.
This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious drinks producer, with responsibility for growing their presence across London’s most discerning On Trade accounts – including Michelin-starred restaurants and fine dining independents. The role will have a strong focus on wine, with additional responsibility for select premium spirits listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end On Trade accounts across Central London
- Develop deep, long-term commercial relationships with key contacts – from Head Sommeliers to GMs and F&B Directors
- Secure new listings and optimise existing partnerships through insight-led selling and tailored brand engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to shape customer strategy, pricing proposals, and route-to-market execution
- Deliver in-venue training, tastings, and bespoke activations to elevate brand visibility and influence wine lists
- Act as a polished and confident brand ambassador, representing the brand with integrity and style at all times
- Collaborate with marketing and events to support key trade shows, dinners, and brand experiences.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in premium On Trade sales, ideally within wine and/or spirits – luxury brand experience is highly desirable
- Background as a Sommelier or beverage buyer within fine dining or prestige hospitality is highly advantageous
- Commercially sharp with experience in account planning, sales forecasting, and working with premium RTM partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – able to sell through storytelling as well as numbers
- Self-motivated, well-organised and used to working autonomously in a field-based role
- Confident navigating high-profile environments, with a natural flair for relationship-building and a meticulous eye for detail
