The team sits within the Digital team in Marketing and BD, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Social Media and Digital Marketing Assistant, and colleagues across the wider team to bring thought leadership and campaigns to life across our digital channels. We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
The role involves strengthening and evolving our digital marketing activity across email, website, analytics and reporting, with social media support as required. This role plays a key part in delivering our integrated marketing strategy through high-quality execution and continuous improvement – helping us amplify the firm’s content, campaigns and events, drive measurable engagement, and demonstrate the impact of digital marketing on firm priorities. You’ll be trusted to run BAU activity, raise standards, and introduce greater structure and insight into how we deliver and measure marketing activities. You will also provide guidance on digital best practice, helping colleagues make informed decisions about format, channel and measurement.
Core responsibilities
- Reporting, Analytics and Dashboards (GA4 and other data sources): Recommend, set up and continuously improve dashboards and reporting frameworks across our marketing activity. Own the design and delivery of regular reporting across website, email and social channels, using GA4 and platform analytics; review existing reporting approaches and design improvements, including dashboards and visual reporting formats; setup and maintain consistent UTM structures to support campaign tracking and attribution; highlight notable trends or changes in performance; and support the wider team by making performance data easy to access, understandable and repeatable.
- Email Marketing and Marketing Automation (Vuture): Build, QA and send email campaigns and mailings using Vuture, ensuring accuracy and best practice across templates, content and audience selection; support teams across Marketing with email delivery; develop and deepen expertise in Vuture; contribute to improving audience segmentation; and share insight from email performance.
- Website CMS and Content Management (Umbraco): Lead and support day-to-day website content updates using the CMS (Umbraco); ensure content meets agreed standards for tone, formatting, metadata, accessibility and SEO; support campaign and content landing pages; and liaise with developers or suppliers to log issues and maintain a clear audit trail.
- SEO and Content Optimisation: Take ownership of SEO fundamentals across the website; support colleagues with SEO-informed content publishing; use search and performance data to identify opportunities; and help embed SEO thinking into everyday digital activity.
- Social Media Publishing and Editorial Support (Hootsuite): Support social media publishing; confidently edit and refine social post copy; understand the firm’s channels, audiences and governance requirements; support with paid LinkedIn promotion; and use performance data to make constructive recommendations.
- CRM and Campaign Operations (InterAction): Work with the CRM, BD and Events teams to support clean data flows between campaigns, email activity and reporting; help maintain consistent approaches to audience selection and engagement tracking; and contribute to improving how we evidence the impact of digital marketing activity over time.
The candidate
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Vuture ideal).
- Strong CMS experience (Umbraco ideal).
- Confident working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written English and the ability to edit copy.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience within a professional services environment.
