Your Role: Internal Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and revenue growth by providing first-class support to our sales team and customers. Acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, you will ensure enquiries are converted efficiently into orders while delivering a responsive, customer-focused service.
Working in close partnership with our Sales Executives, you will manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, momentum, and timely progression. You will proactively engage with existing and lapsed customers, identifying opportunities to increase order value, reactivate accounts, and support pipeline growth. Your ability to spot commercial opportunities, paired with strong organization and communication skills, will directly contribute to sales success and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
You’ll be an organised, proactive, and commercially minded professional with experience supporting sales activity. We’re looking for someone who helps keep sales moving, adds real value through every customer interaction, and thrives in a fast paced, results focused environment.
Specifically, you’ll bring:
- The ability to work efficiently and react quickly in a busy, fast moving sales environment.
- A proven track record of handling customer enquiries and making proactive targeted outbound calls within a phone based sales role.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with a confident, friendly, and professional approach.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an internal sales role that involves targeted outbound sales calling.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and maintain momentum across multiple accounts.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous).
- Experience within the packaging or distribution sector would be beneficial, though not essential.
