Your Role: Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in underpinning our sales success. You'll be the first point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring smooth order progression and exceptional service. Working as part of a Territory Team with our Sales Executives, you'll manage enquiries, process orders, build relationships with your customer base and proactively revive lapsed accounts. In this fast-paced, multi-faceted role, your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain our high standards and drive operational efficiency and team targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting sales growth by managing and streamlining order progression and customer communications.
  • Relationship building with Customer base.
  • Using our CRM system (MS Dynamics) to track leads, update customer records, and monitor sales activity.
  • Proactively contacting lapsed or underutilised accounts to unlock opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborating with Sales Executives, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

What We're Looking For:

  • You’ll be an organized and proactive professional with a knack for sales support.
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a sales focused role.
  • Experience of both inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Experience of working with sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous).
