Macfarlane Packaging is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the central HR team at the Coventry Head Office.

You will coordinate payroll activity across the UK and Europe, supporting monthly cycles for around 1,000 colleagues and working with external payroll partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will help integrate newly acquired businesses into the Group payroll structure, review existing processes and drive improvements.
