Macfarlane Packaging is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our central HR team at Coventry Head Office.
You will coordinate monthly payroll for around 1,000 colleagues across the UK and Europe, working with HR and external payroll partners to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
You will support transitions of acquired businesses into our Group payroll structure and help review processes for smooth integration and continuous improvement.
