The Warehouse Operative Role: Working as part of our manufacturing team, the role is based at our Grantham site. This role is integral to the success of our business; with the successful candidate expected to help with general effective running of a busy warehouse. Key responsibilities shall include:
- Receive, inspect and unload supplier deliveries
- Pick, load and dispatch goods
- Loading vehicles for dispatch
- Driving Forklift Trucks (Forklift & Counterbalance)
- Produce pick lists and Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Receive and process customer/supplier returns
- Dealing with direct customers, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
- Ensuring paperwork is processed onto system accurately
What you will bring: Successful candidates will ideally have experience of working within a busy warehouse environment. You must also hold valid Forklift licenses (please note, both Reach & Counterbalance licenses are required). We always seek to employ flexible team players, who are committed, hard-working and reliable. You will also be a result-oriented and target-driven individual, possessing excellent communication skills and be IT literate.
