To provide administrative support to the Directors and Company in general, including receptionist duties and telephone switchboard. Cover receptionist duties and answer incoming telephone calls

Manage and maintain office support equipment and supplies

Manage, record and direct sales enquiries (telephone and email)

Process sales quotations via SAGE and issue to clients and Sales Executives

Maintain Company training records and organise training

Manage accommodation bookings and travel arrangements

Website administration and updates

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Familiarity with Sage for sales management tasks would be an advantage but not essential (training provided)

Clerical background with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
