Your role will include overseeing the successful implementation and day-to-day coordination of the project across the following locations: * God Save the Pizza Pop-Up at Exmouth Market; * God Save the Pizza at the first floor of Macellaio RC Soho; * Delivery operations serving all three Macellaio RC restaurants.

Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: * Managing the launch and daily operations of God Save the Pizza. * Coordinating all operational activities across the different locations. * Recruiting, training and supervising team members. * Working closely with the executive management team to achieve commercial and operational objectives. * Monitoring sales performance, labour costs, food costs and profitability. * Developing operational procedures and ensuring consistent brand standards. * Managing supplier relationships, stock control and purchasing. * Ensuring compliance with all food safety, health & safety and licensing regulations.

Supporting marketing initiatives and helping to grow the brand. * Reporting directly to the Directors on business performance and future development.

Salary Your salary will be £35000 per year gross, plus £5000 per year gross of allocated award, payable 4 weekly.

You will be enrolled in our tronc scheme.

You will have 28 days of holiday entitlement.

Working Hours Your working schedule will be based on the operational needs of the business and will require flexibility, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where necessary.

Place of Work Your principal place of work will be divided between: * God Save the Pizza – Exmouth Market * Macellaio RC Soho * Macellaio RC South Kensington * Any other company location as reasonably required.
