You’ll Be Responsible For Dealing with a high number of compensation events under NEC3 Option A coupled with knowledge of UK Law and its impact upon the contract and commercial function Prior experience on NEC contracts on larger construction projects desirable. Familiarity with the nuclear site license conditions and the nuclear baseline philosophy with understanding of the UK regulatory framework would be beneficial.
