You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Championing safety‑led construction planning, embedding conventional and nuclear safety.
  • Developing integrated area‑based plans to optimise sequencing and contractor interfaces.
  • Coordinating equipment, materials and logistics to meet site need dates.
  • Enabling shared services planning, including scaffold and temporary utilities.
  • Promoting collaborative area management across delivery, commissioning and controls.
  • Implementing delivery integration processes, including work packs and interface data.
  • Proactively managing hotspots, risks and constraints.
  • Embedding and sharing lessons learned to strengthen future delivery.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Experience and understanding of working in a Nuclear and Safety Quality culture.
  • Understanding and awareness of working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and in an integrated team environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Management of strategic planning, developing construction sequences and recovery plans.
  • Good working knowledge of commercial principles affecting construction matters.
  • Ability to produce informative, concise reports.
  • Motivational approach and the ability to energise team members by building a climate of trust and understanding.
  • Awareness of project change control and risk management processes.
  • Extensive working knowledge in the delivery of large complex construction projects.
