A Senior Sustainability Manager leading a major Ministry of Justice programme, applying strong project management and deep expertise in net zero, BREEAM, biodiversity and climate resilience. The role delivers programme‑wide sustainability KPIs, drives innovative solutions, and fosters collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and the client to achieve market‑leading outcomes.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Delivering measurable sustainability outcomes for the MoJ programme.
- Managing sustainability strategy across carbon, BREEAM, biodiversity and climate resilience.
- Providing technical advisory support and ensuring stage‑aligned deliverables.
- Managing sustainability meetings and strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Managing sustainability Assistants and resource planning.
- Maintaining programme KPI reporting and dashboards.
- Working with contractors and stakeholders to embed best practice.
- Supporting contract drafting, training, bids and external profile‑raising.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Significant sustainability consultancy experience with strong technical expertise across net zero, biodiversity and climate resilience.
- Proven ability to embed sustainability in major projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional, self‑motivated and highly organised, with solid IT capability.
