The project involves supporting the Ministry of Justice’s estate through a wide range of professional services across multiple estate expansion and improvement projects. We are searching for a highly motivated, proactive Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a senior member of the team, you will seek out opportunities for the team to add value to the Mace commission; lead workstreams and develop junior delivery staff.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing end‑to‑end project delivery, aligned to client outcomes and strategic milestones.
- Applying specialist knowledge and Mace best practice to drive excellence.
- Supporting strategic leaders through coordinated task and portfolio delivery.
- Driving collaboration, communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Managing budgets, risks and sustainable outcomes responsibly.
- Managing risk, programme and design management across the lifecycle.
- Ensuring quality systems, supplier performance and NEC4 delivery excellence.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Eligible for BPSS clearance; adaptable problem‑solver managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Collaborative, improvement‑focused professional with strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven public‑sector project delivery experience, with property or infrastructure expertise.
- Professional membership preferred, with strong governance, commercial and sustainability awareness.
