Our project: Our client is the utilities provider in the South‑East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long‑term value for all.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Delivering effective project management across medium‑sized projects.
- Coordinating planning, communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Overseeing budgets, fees and commercial controls to meet agreed outcomes.
- Applying project management methodologies and construction sequencing knowledge.
- Managing bidding, reporting and project documentation activities.
- Managing project stakeholders and building strong internal and external relationships.
- Resolving planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration issues.
- Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to support team performance.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Significant project management experience across medium or complex project delivery stages.
- Professional membership (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent).
- Related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship.
- Appropriate CSCS card and strong understanding of construction delivery practices.
