The project: EDF are leading the UK's nuclear new build programme constructing a nuclear power station at Hinkley Point C, Somerset and Sizewell C, Suffolk.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Championing safety-first leadership, embedding excellence across quality, cost, programme, sustainability and compliance.
- Designing and implementing PMO and project controls frameworks, delivering consistent, client-focused outcomes.
- Managing project controls governance, managing cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting with integrity.
- Managing high-performing teams through mentoring, collaboration, innovation and strategic resourcing.
- Managing PMO and project controls delivery, ensuring performance, governance and compliance.
- Designing and embedding PMO and project controls frameworks, integrating cost, risk, change and reporting.
- Partnering with clients, teams and suppliers, providing expert guidance, assurance and performance insight.
- Developing high‑performing controls teams, supporting resourcing, and driving net‑zero delivery.
You’ll need to have:
- Expert estimating capability, delivering evidence‑led insights integrating cost, schedule and risk.
- Strong analytical judgement, understanding change impacts on programme and area delivery.
- Confident senior stakeholder engagement, clearly communicating complex estimating concepts.
